Description:Orditi & Trame is an exhibition catalog covering a traveling show by Maturo Molinari for the 1991-2000 Jubilee year dedicated to the planets. The show contained 9 large sculptures based on the motifs of church vestments across the centuries. This catalog includes 9 color plates and an embossed print signed by the artist, as well as texts by Emanuela Carone, Rev. Mauro Molinari is an Italian artist who publishes a series of artist books based on the theme of antique fabrics influencing contemporary works of art. Molinari does not use real fabric in his works, but instead uses paper engraved and painted with watercolor, calling paper fabric.
