Fine Bindings is the catalog for a 1968 Bodleian exhibit containing some of their own most treasured bindings, as well as binding examples from other collections in Oxford. The aim of the exhibit was to represent the holdings of the Bodleian and the college libraries from the period of 1500-1700. This catalog contains 52 illustrated plates representing many of the works shown. Also included is an index of authors, binders, previous owners, and Bodleian shelfmarks.
