Founded in 1974, Dieu Donné is a non-profit organization dedicated to the creation, promotion, and preservation of new contemporary art utilizing the hand papermaking process. The first newsletter called Pulp was from Fall/Winter 1991 and the last issue of Pulp was from 2007/2008. In addition to news and event listing, many issues also have profiles on featured artists and members. "We will be using this newsletter to announce classes and events at Dieu Donne as well as keep you informed of what is happening at the Mill and in the hand papermaking world. We invite anyone interested in writing an article for a forthcoming issue to please contact us. We also would like to hear requests from our members and readers. And for those of you who simply have an opinion or observation to share, we will publish your letters. Please think of this newsletter as a shared instrument of communication."
