Description:This catalog accompanied the first traveling exhibition of the artists books and book-objects of Werner Pfeiffer. Includes essays by Pfeiffer explaining his philosophy and works in these categories. The exhibition was curated by the artist, and traveled to Neilson Library Book Arts Gallery & Mortimer Rare Book Room (Northampton, MA from April 1-July 31, 2008), the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library at the University of Toronto (Toronto, Ontario from February-April 2009), the University of Pennsylvania Libraries Kamin Gallery (Philadelphia, PA from September 2009-February 2010), and the Cornell University Library Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections, Hirshland Gallery (Ithaca, NY from October 2010-February 2011).
