"This bibliography of all the books printed at the Scripps College Press since 1986 was first conceived in 2002. Then it was called Thirty over Fifteen for an exhibit at the Clark Humanities Museum. Ward Ritchie had published a list of all the student books in a Book Club of California publication, and Dr. Foster had published a comprehensive book of students' work. I felt I could do no less to honor the hard work of all the talented students that I have encountered. This book was printed digitally at Advanced Color Graphics, formerly in Claremont, now in Tustin. We have happily worked with Debbie Whisler there for probably twenty-five years. ... ACG is so big now that this book was perfect bound there as well. The layout was designed in 2002 in my old trusty Quark Express. I am so incredibly grateful to Chris Yuengling-Niles for helping me to change over to InDesign and for managing the files. Most of the photographs were taken by me over the course of thirty years. Some books were photographed by PR, and the rest were scanned by Chris. The text typeface is Scripps College Old Style with ligatures in 12/14 pt."--Colophon"
