Installation art work consisting of six pairs of white cotton briefs (four are housed in plastic zip lock bags, two are unwrapped. ) with screen printed image of Newt Gingrich and text on waistband-- "Contract With America". Backside text--"1. Fiscal Responsibility Act"--"2. Taking Back Our Streets Act"--"3. Personal Responsibility Act"--"4. Family Reinforcement Act"--"5. American Dream Restoration Act"--"6. National Security Restoration Act"-- "7. Senior Citizens Equity Act"-- "8. Job Creation and Wage Enhancement Act"-- "9. Common Sense Legal Reforms Act"--"10. Citizen Legislature Act".

Included in this work are five double side printed broadsides with identical image and text-- "Contract With America Underwear...is a signed, limited edition of 300 cotton briefs. Silk screened by Michael Rycavage. Photographed by Peter Norman. This is number: [2/AP Ligorano/Reese]--handwritten." This work is also accompanied by one Radio Shack "RF Modulator" with an input/output cable, one VCR remote control, one white, Archer brand USB cable, one VHS tape housed a gray plastic box- both the tape and the box are labeled, "Exposed and Debriefed, 6 min., stereo, NTSC, 1995, Repeater Reel..." and one opened bag of Penley brand clothespins containing 18 clothespins and two lengths of white nylon cord.
