"Kooshka was printed at the Center for Book Arts during the spring of 1983, the wettest on record. The printers working under the watchful eye of Ken Botnick were June Crane, Diana Elbaum, Pamela Hicks, Maureen McNeil, Lincoln Paine, and Michael Topp. The type is Bembo, the paper, Nideggen, with Canson wraps.
