A letterpress printed broadside, printed in black, with a red printed ornament of a printing press directly beneath the title. The broadside states: "This Broadside is issued to raise contributions to trade two presses: an R. Hoe Washington Press is to move to the Center for Book Arts & a Kelly B, in New York, is to be moved to the Four Zoas Press in Hardwick Mass." The broadside also contains promotional information about the Center for Book Arts and the Four Zoas Press. The colophon reads: "One hundred fifty copies printed from handset Garamond and Caslon type faces. Copies 1-20 printed on HMP handmade paper with Bicentennial watermark; copies 21-150 on Ragston paper." CBA has two copies, this is copy 2, numbered and signed in pencil by Stuart Lavin and Richard Minsky: "XVII. S. Lavin. Richard Minsky. Aug. 1, 1976."
