A letterpress printed broadside, advertising the annual holiday open house and sale at the Center for Book Arts. The background is illustrated with a full-page linocut depicting open and closed books, as well as stars, printed in dark goldenrod. Four states are noted. In the first state, the text is printed in maroon ink, on grey paper. In the second state, the broadside is printed in dark purple ink, on the same grey paper. In the third state, the text is printed in the dark purple ink, on off-white paper. In the fourth state, the text is printed in dark blue ink, on the off-white paper. CBA has one copy in the second state, this is copy 1.
