The title page features a linocut signed by the illustrator, Laurence Bradshaw. Printed by Harry Duncan and Butch Matthews. Published by Abattoir Editions at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Edition number 49 of 245.

"This book was printed by Harry Duncan and Butch Matthews in the University of Nebraska at Omaha College of Fine Arts, February - July 1978, from Joanna and Romulus italic types on Barcham Green Maidstone paper. A pecuniary grant from The National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, D.C., a Federal agency, has aided production. The edition comprizes [sic] two hundred and forty-five copies, of which this one is 049." -- colophon.
