Hand sewn binding. Ink and gouache on paper with some collaged photographs. Pages are of different widths. Visual poetry in English and asemic writing.
"The egg shapes (new life, birth, spring) are here again from past visual poems, bookworks, and wall books. Sand, pebbles, rocks/headstones, stones palces on headstones at Jewish cemeteries are here. Easter and Passover are obvious references. The lines of visual poetry can be read in either direction as can the bookwork itself. English as well as an unknown language (asemic writing) is included. A few photographs of stone walls from fragments of old buildings are collaged on gouache. A hand sewn binding, ink and gouache are on paper. The beginnings are the end of life are noted; and so is illusion since the pages are different widths, it is not always easy to see white to turn the page."
