"This book was set in Garamond Light and printed on Magnani Pescia paper in an edition of 20 copies. It was written, illustrated and printed by Sarah Plimpton in 2003 at The Grenfell Press in New York City., and proofed at the Manhattan Graphics Center. The aquatints were printed by Peter Pettengill at Wingate Studio, Hinsdale, New Hampshire. The box was made by Claudia Cohen"--colophon.
